Some quick facts before you get started:

• Preschool accepts children ages 3 months – 5 years old.

• Elementary students will be tested.

• Students enrolling in Kindergarten must turn 5 before July 31 of the current calendar year.

• Bring the most recent report card – required for Elementary and Middle School.

• All new students, and returning students who are going into Kindergarten, 3rd, and 6th grade will need the physical form below when required to have a physical for school.
